Rang-o-Noor (BY SA'DI) A LOVELY FAMILY

May Allah grant me with the power and capacity to say a few things in
brief! The internal and foreign situation of Pakistan has worsened much. All the treasures of the country are almost vacant. The reservoirs of foreign exchange are being spent rapidly. The foreign loan has become so much that if the whole country is pledged, it will still be insufficient. The rulers know that this rule is mortal. Therefore, they are feathering their nests day in day out. Dearness has gone beyond control. Anyone who wishes, raises the prices of things. American demands have exceeded every limit. Now, her demand is, "Roll back atomic programme, befriend India and forget Kashmir." Three institutions are ruling over the country separately i.e. military, Supreme Court and federal government. The state of the rulers is that they accept every demand of India in negotiations with her. The military has to fight everywhere to fulfil those demands. In this figh,t the soldiers get killed but the dreams of the officers also shatter. The people generally enlist themselves in the military for their bright future. No one goes there to fight his own countrymen. The military has got fed up with this situation. The judiciary is fighting for its freedom but in opposition to them are the foam beds which are pressed deep when you press but come to their actual position as soon as the hand is removed. The Judiciary brings down the price of sugar but there is the rule of the police in the bazaar and the Interior minister runs the police whom the president has granted redemption for three years punishment. The person who has been punished for an offence is called "culprit" in the words of law and the one who is under trial but not yet punished is called convict. Target killing in Karachi is going on speedily. On the other hand, approx ten people are also killed in Baluchistan daily. Observing this situation, it seems that perhaps some big change may occur in the country. Something definitely happens when there are operations in the country everywhere. Do pray that whatever may happen, may be of good and if there is change, it may bring a message of good for the Muslim and Pakistanis. O Allah, be kind! Arrangement For Supplications in Rajab and Sha'baan
Allah be thanked, it is 1st of Rajab today. Rajab is the seventh month
of Islamic calendar. It is one of the four months of sanctity. Hence,
today Islamic Hijra date will be written 1st Rajab. You are requested to
make arrangements for the following sacred supplication in the month of
Rajab and Shabaan.
You will be granted with the blessings of Rajab and Shabaan due to the
blessings of this supplication and you will spend good Ramazan also.
Allah be thanked, the training course (Daurah Tarbiyah) at Markaz
(station) Usmaan and Ali is going on regularly. The lucky participants
in this course give wonderful Belief-provoking expressions. An
individual wrote to me, "This training course is an Ex-Ray of the
innerself. All of ones vices come to the view after two or three days'
and anxiety to remove and correct them also generates. Most of the
people have this kind of expressions but some people do not reap benefit
anywhere in any situation. They are always fond of criticizing and
finding faults with others. Their ears are ever ready to listen to
criticism and their tongues are ever ready to raise objections against
everyone. A journalist of Karachi went to perform Hajj incidentally. On
his return, he wrote a critical essay about all the matters there.
Hazrat Ludhianvi Shaeed wrote a retorting answer to that essay. This
same type of person, after his training course, wrote to me. Besides
other things he raised the issue very emphatically, "There is very
little soup in the curry. Sometimes, it is completely missing." O the
slave of Allah, did you go there for your correction or to drink soup?
Did you need your own correction or those of the responsible people
there? Man should, sometimes, think of himself also. Every anxiety about
others' faults ruins man. The person with critical bent of mind is often
deprived. He has to commit the sins of backbiting and listening to it
again and again. His private affairs keep worsening. When such
individual goes to a saint, develops misgivings very soon. Once a person
went to a saint to pledge an oath of allegiance. During prayers, he
listened to the pronunciation of
O the slaves of Allah, who is there in world after the Prophets who is without faults? If you keep finding faults with everyone, from whom will you gain anything? Sometimes, spare a few minutes for your ownself also and find fault with yourself. Thousands of people were granted with the power and capacity to repent of sins due to this training course but an individual kept finding faults during the voices of "Allah Allah" in these seven days and kept burning and pining in the heart. If only you had sent us the message with your arrival, "I have come here not to remember Allah, repent of sins and be in the company of the saints but to drink soup, we would have made arrangements for a cauldron of soup for you. Jihaad and reformation need sacrifice. The greater sacrifice a man offers, the more benefit he reaps.
A request to those who come for the training course is, "Do think of
yourselves for these seven days. Do not find fault with others. Everyone
is to go to the grave alone. Everyone is accountable to his deeds. Do
intend for these seven days not to criticize anyone nor think of it.
Think only of your correction. Anyone of you who acts upon this point in
the training course, will witness a very wonderful state if Allah wills.
Taba' Taabaeen (Follower of the Follwers) are the people who believed in Allah and found the company of the Taabaeen in Islam. Taabaeen are the people who found the company of Sahaabah while they believed. There has been a great saint from among the Taba' Taabaeen. He was Imaam of Tradition and Jurisprudence and leader of the saints. He would go out for Jihaad and Hajj on alternate years. His name was Abdullah and that of his father was "Mubaarik." You would certainly have heard the name of Hazrat Imaam Abdullah bin Mubaarik. He was born in 118 AH during reign of Hishaam bin Abdul-Maalik. The Umayed dynasty was under downfall and the Abbasid dynasty was going to be established. Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubaarik was born during the Umayed reign but he also witnessed the height of the period i.e. the regine of Harun-ur-Resheed. His family became prominent on the basis of guartrust which is, no doubt, a very great blessing. The man who is blessed with this blessing is blessed with Allah's great favour. Hazrat Abdullah's father named Mubaarik was the slave of a trader and he would work in his garden. He kept looking after his garden for a long time. One day, the owner came to the garden and ordered him to pluck him sweet pomegranates from that garden. When Mubaarik brought him pomegranates, they were sour. The owner flew into a rage and stressively ordered him to fetch sweet pomegranates. He brought them again which were again sour. This same happened thrice. The owner flew into a sage. He said, "Do you not know which ones are sweet and which ones are sour?" Mubaarik said, "I do not know. You had ordered me to look after the garden. As you had not allowed me to eat anything, I have never tasted any fruit in it." When the owner investigated, the claim proved true. He freed Mubaarik and Married his daughter to him. She was a very staunch religious lady and a saint. Her name was "Hind." Allah blessed them with a son like Abdullah bin Mubaarik and a number of daughters. When that trader married his daughter to him, he also gave him a lion's share in his property. One of them was a garden which Mubaarik gave his only son Abdullah. When Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubaarik grew young and began to keep company of the scholars, he realized that he should give the share in that garden to his sisters also. He went to his sisters and said, "Our venerable father should have distributed this garden among us all but he did not do so. Now I call this garden the heritage of our father. Our father did the action which he should not have done. You should forgive him for that and get your share in the garden. His sisters were very wonderful. They said, "We forgive our father. We receive the share from this garden and offer it to you as a gift." Allah blessed Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubaarik with a son. His sisters gave their share from that garden as a gift to their nephew. That baby died a few days after. That garden came back to Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubaarik as legacy. This was the guartrust, good manners, sacrifice and mutual love of that lovely family. The brother was anxious about the rights of his sisters and the sisters were ready to offer every sacrifice for their brother. Such auspicious family gave a great Imaam to the Muslim Ummah whose name was Abdullah bin Mubaarik. I shall write the details about the life of Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubaarik in some other sitting of Allah wills. May Allah bless the houses if us all with Belief, piety, guartrust, honesty and mutual sacrifice
