THE EASY WAY

Allah never lets this earth void of His friends. Allah's holy saints remain present in every age. They follow in the footsteps of the Prophets. The recognition of the saints of Allah is that they follow strictly the "Articles of Islam" and labour away in "Worship."

Giving up Worship Is Deviation.

There has been a saint long, long ago named Yahya bin Maaz Ar-Raazi . He was a worshipper and high-ranked pious person. He had great "Hope of Allah's Blessings." Someone asked him, "On the one had, you hope of Allah's Mercy. On the other hand, you act as if you were indulged in great 'fear.' What is all this?" He answered!

"O son, giving up worship is deviation. Fear and hope both are the friends of Belief. If there is no fear, neither fear nor hope can remain correct. When the status of worship is gained, fear and hope become worship."
It means, if the worshipper is hopeful of Allah's mercy, this hope becomes a permanent worship. If he nourishes fear out of Allah's punishment, this fear also becomes worship."

Why Are The Routines Missed?

It is often written in the letters that I receive, "Negligence occurs in the routines or they are missed." How strange that Allah has created us for His "worship" and we do not observe a little worship. Our routines are very few. What use of this life if routines are not observed? The entire enjoyment of life lies in worship. If you do not worship, what you do? Backbiting? That is a big sin. Useless talk? They disgrace and degrade man. Sin? They ruin man.
O Slaves of Allah, we should do the job for which we have been created and that job is worship and worship means slavery. The duty of the slave is to keep doing the duties assigned by his Lord without showing any negligence in them.

No Matter, You Feel Interest Or Not

Some people say that they do not feel interest in recitation, prayer and Zikr. So, they give them up. Some people say that they felt enjoyment in the routines in the beginning. Now they do not. That's why; they are relaxed. O slaves of Allah, you enjoy or not, you feel interest or not, bind yourselves to the obligations, congregational prayers and routines. All the other things are the deception of the Satan. Worship is done not for enjoyment but taking it as Allah's command. If we feel apparent enjoyment, it is correct, if not, it is also correct. If an employee says to his officer, "I do not feel interest in the office, I shall not come." He is dismissed. We may also be expelled from worship and lest we should become the servants of the Satan. So, resolve even today to do all the duties and observe all the routines. Do not sleep unless you complete the routines nor get busy in any other job. Time is fleeting and the grave is approaching us with month wide open.

A Strange Point

It is written in most of the letters that negligence occurs in the routine of invoking "Allah! Allah!" for one thousand times. It means Allah's slaves-male and female -- are lethargic in invoking to Allah's name. Whose name will you call if not that of Allah? From where will the heart and the soul get their diet if you do not call Allah's name? The Zikr of Allah! Allah! is the king of all Zikrs. Never desert it. This Zikr of just seven or eight minutes saves us from thousands of subversions and sins. You may make it your routine to invoke Allah's name after recitation of the Holy Quran. If you start with Allah! Allah! all the other routines will be easy if Allah wills.

A Strange Benefit

Recently, there has been a saint who was a very great scholar, the best teacher and a popular writer. When I read his life history, I was wondered. So many jobs he did just in sixty-three years? If someone sits down to copy the books that wrote, it will take him fifty years. I asked his son, "How was so great multiplication in his timings?" He answered, "Invocation to Allah's name put multiplication in his life and timings." No doubt, he has said right.

Hazrat Maulana Faqir Muhamamd Peshawari used to invoke to Allah's name for thirty thousand times daily. May Allah bless us all with it!

This Is The Actual Time

Some companions have written, "If we worship and observe routines much, we are upset and afraid and the thoughts of sins begin to occur more. If we decrease worship, we are restored." Most of ladies and gentlemen write this state of mind. O slaves of Allah, this is the actual time of worship. Whenever a man is about to gain something, the Satan attacks him so that that man may be deprived. The bees will attack you when you go near the hive. Then only that person will get "Honey" who faces them and goes forward. The one who runs away, will find safety for the time being but will be deprived of honey. When restlessness and the swarms of sins attack the heart collectively, it is the time when man is about to be blessed by Allah with something. In this situation, we must continue worship courageously and wisely and should increase weeping and beseeching before Allah. It is a very difficult time but those who are to gain great blessings, have to undergo difficulties. Whenever, there is some Satanic attack on the heart, request Allah thus, "O Allah, Your slave has been attacked. Please! protect" If the sin is committed, do resort at once to repent once saying, "O Allah, tyranny has been exercised. I am hopeful of Your Mercy." This contest continues for a few days. Only that individual gains great blessing who falls and then rises up. The one who is disappointed after falling, loses the contest. This is the boxing contest between the Satan and man. In it, one has to attack as well as defend. Worship is attack and repentance is defense. Getting disappointed is like being knocked out. May Allah help us all! These days, the situation in the country is very disappointing and horrible.

In this situation, we should save ourselves and resort to labour. The operations continue, horrible statements are always issued, the raids are made, the cobs knit their webs, jackals and dogs make a noise, the rats pester man but truth is truth and truth is to rise up, because Allah is present. Allah is one and He is All-Powerful over everything.

The Easy Way

The way to Allah's worship is easy whereas slavery of the Satan is very difficult. The Satan puts more load on his salves than the donkey. Those who commit sins at the computer and the phone, cannot enjoy sound sleep because the Satan does not let them. Those who indulge themselves in illicit love, undergo many calamities and troubles in order to talk, to look at one another and try to have union. The Satan teases them for each and everything. First, the Satan makes them commit sin, then puts them in the labour of concealing that sin. Then he makes them commit sin all their lives under great fear. The Satan disgraces those who have love for wealth. It is a very detailed topic. Think yourself how difficult it is to serve the Satan. First cigarette, then churs and then Heroin. But the Satan does not let the heart be satisfied with anything. Then the people drink tinctures, polish others' shoes, take out the skulls of the dead from the graves and have intoxication in them but the Satan does not desert them unless he kills them. Go to the Bazaar and observe those who eat unlawful wealth. Observe those who make merry at the orders of the Satan. O Allah, be kind and save us from the worship of the Satan whereas worship is a very easy and grand route. Observe a Fedai Mujahid offering Tahajjud prayer a few days before Fedai operation.

Prayer easy, fasting delicious. You are allowed to say Allah Allah even if you are not with ablution. Do ponder over the worships yourselves. There is ease, resplendence, health, peace and life in them. Then why should we not free ourselves from the Satan and rush to Allah? What is the difficulty? If there is difficulty, do one thing. Observe ablution well, offer two Raka't Prayer and beg of Allah, O Allah, make me Your Mu'min and sincere slave. Bless me with the capacity for accepted worship and save me from the slavery of the Satan.

All of us should ponder over the following verses of the Surah Yaasin. When the culprit will be said on the Day of Judgement:

And (it will be said to the infidels) "Get apart (from the Believers) today, O the guilty ones. Did I not direct you, O children of Adam, that you must not worship the Satan (because) he is an open enemy for you, and that you must worship Me, (because) this is the straight path? He had misguided lot many people from among you. So, did you not have sense?

Hazrat Sheikh Hajvary says:

Allah does not let the earth void of love in any age and does not let this Ummah void of His holy saints in any age. (Kashf-ul-Mahjoob)

Allah's love keeps showering, no doubt, in every age and Allah's friend saints exist in every age. O Allah shower Your Grace and be kind to us and include us in Your friends!
