DON'T DELAY

Allah loves those who repent of sins. Hazrat Hajvery writes:

One of the saints says, "I repented of sins seventy times but every time sin was committed by me. When I repented of sins for the seventy-first time, Allah blessed me with perseverance." (Kashf-ul-Mahjub) Hazrat Hajvery also tells us the point that if some one repents of sins with the intention of giving up sins, but cannot remain firm to his repentance, even then he will be given reward for his last repentance. (Kashf-ul-Mahjub) O my brothers and sisters, we should not feel tired of repentance. However, we should certainly get tired of sins. The Satan does not get tired of making us commit sins. Why should we get tired of sincere repentance? Some people give up righteous deeds after committing sins saying that they are not worthy of them or give up the company of holy saints saying, "How will we face them?" O slaves of Allah! there should be increase in righteous deeds after sins and begin to remain more in the company of the holy people so that the ill-effects of sins may end up. Once, a person repented of sins but broke it after a few days and committed a sin. He felt greatly ashamed of it at that time. He said to himself, "How should I go to the court of Allah for repentance because I am unable to forsake sins?" Then a voice came from the Hidden:

"O Our slave! You obeyed us i.e. repented of sins, We granted it. Then you deserted Us i.e. committed sin, We gave you time and did not punish you at once. Now, if you come back to Us, We shall grant you." O yes, Allah is Humane, Forgiving, Merciful and Kind. Hence, man should not let the heart be negligent rather keep it in mind all the time, "I have One Lord. Obedience and Worship of that Lord is my duty." Whenever the Satan misguides, man should rush to Allah at once, "O Allah, I have made a mistake. I have committed disobedience. Now I have come back to You. Accept please." No sin is ever committed by the Prophets but how much they used to repent. We should also observe ablution and start to the Masjid or the war front at once saying, "O Allah, O my Lord, I am coming to repent of sins." Also think, all that is being done with you is less than the punishment of sins. If Allah intends to punish us, He will not let us draw a breath. We think that we are under such and such misfortune and worry wherever Allah's blessings and Grace is showering upon us.

At the time of trouble in the belly of the fish, Hazrat Younas was saying, "O Allah, whatever has happened is correct because mistake was made by me but You are the Holy". Hazrat Hajvery says that Hazrat Zunnoon Missary used to say, "Repentance is of two kinds: One is Anaabat (Penitence), the second is Q Istihya (Revival). The first is to repent of sins for fear of Allah's punishment which is also very great and elegant but the second repentance is to feel ashamed of Allah's bounties and repent and resolve never to disobey the so Kind Lord. Have you ever pondered, how many times do we observe ablution in a day? O yes, again and again to gain purity and establish prayers and touch the Holy Quran. In the same way, we should observe ablution again and again for the purity of our hearts. Have we ever thought, how much do we remain worried to please some people? Hence, we should resolve to please Allah more than men and attend to Allah at once after every mistake. Allah be thanked, ours is the age of Jihaad. The 'saints' of this age are very high ranked who go ahead of the correction of the Self and sacrifice their lives. A few days ago, Italian government was mourning, "Uptill now, she has suffered the maximum loss in Aghanistan. On 27th Ramazaan, a holy person filled his vehicle with gunpowder and struck it against the military caravan. The Taalibaan sources say that the youngman was seventeen years old. He smashed the Italian military convoy in the centre of Kabul. Two armour vehicles were smashed and eight soldiers were killed on the spot whereas the injured were countless. So brave and gallant the seventeen years old young man of the Muslim Ummah. Salutations to his parents and those who gave him the religious training. It is certainly a very great favour of Allah to the Muslims that people like Ma'az and Mu'awwiz are born in every age. This saint and shaheed of seventeen years has given us numerous lessons as, "O Muslims, in which deeds and sins you are lost. Allah's Paradise and the celestial wives are in wait for you whereas you do not think of repenting but you keep complaining of troubles. Think for a while, how great belief and certainty that youngman would be nourishing in his heart when he was going to lay down his life while fasting. How great resplendence and tranquility would have been showering upon him! Can anyone imagine it even in dream? He was neither perturbed nor feared of the enemy troops. Neither the love of world nor to remain alive hampered his way. He stepped forwardly peacefully, got his name written in the conquerors of the nation and joined the rank of the "martyrs."

O Muslims, Allah's door of repentance remains open all the time. During the last ten days of Ramazaan, I asked someone about the atmosphere in the Masjid Usman-o-Ali in Bahawalpur. He replied, "Here none is worried about anything else than Allah's good pleasure. There is always the voice of weeping or recitation of the Holy Quran in the Majsid. Here the Itikaaf observing 450 people always beg martyrdom from Allah, repent of sins and always repeat Allah's name in yearning for union with Him." Allah, Allah, Allah! O my Lord, Your Grace is very strange, that You grant Your loved ones with the power and capacity to call You with love. The person with whom You get offended; You deprive him of Your name and duty. The workers earned much in Ramazaan. May Allah accept the good deeds of all the Muslims! The Mujaahideen also earned much. The Mujaahid on the front remained firm whereas the persuaders would go to every Masjid and street and raise the voice . This year's campaign was very strange and resplendent. May Allah grant it with more progress, acceptance, courage and perseverance! When the blessings of Ramazaan have gone away, the Satan like the injured snake, has come to the field. He is trying to make those who repented of sins to break their repentance and is instigating the Pagans and Hypocrites against the Mujahideen. That's why; I say that we should not let repentance break. If it breaks, we should not be late in renewing it. There was much recitation in Ramazaan. Now, there should be no break in it. Offer Nawafil as much as you can. Remain attached with the religious tasks without any break or pause considering yourselves needy of them. After Ramazaan, the fifteen days need more labour because the Self and the Satan exert much more energy. Listen O Muslims, Allah is saying.

Say (on my behalf) Or My servants, who have acted recklessly against their own selves, do not despair of Allah's mercy. Surely Allah will forgive all sins. Surely, He is the One Who is the Most-Forgiving, the Most-Merciful.

Hazrat Lahori says, "The Muslims who have true sincere relation with Allah, should not despair of forgiveness of Allah." Hazrat Shah Abdul-Qadir says, "This verse was revealed about the Pagans who felt ashamed of themselves after the victories of the Muslims why they kept fighting the Muslim and committed infidelity. Now, how will our repentance be granted? They are told that the door of repentance remains open till death. Allah-o-Akbar! So generous pronouncement at so heinous and big sins! Then why should the Muslims get worried? They should inculcate Allah's love and sincerity in the heart, every good will be easy. Keep in mind, Allah's true slaves do not delay in repenting. We should also not delay.
